This tutorial will cover student enrollment for:

For all the single user kits, such as Explore IoT or Student Kit, please refer to the instructions on the physical box or kit platform.
Navigating to the Dashboard or Class Management page
In Science Kit, CTC GO!, Education Starter Kit, and Engineering Kit: in the top menu go to the right, and click in the Dashboard
section.
In CTC 101: in the menu to the right, click on the Classroom Manager
section.
Adding students
Under students, click on Add Students
.
Enter the students email addresses in the text field, click on Add
then Invite
.
If the students cannot receive emails from external addresses to their inboxes If the invited students cannot access the invitation link because their email account does not accept incoming email from addresses outside of the school domain, you can access the invitation link manually and give it to the students. To access the links, go to the Pending Students section and click on No worries, here's the solution.
You will then se a list of unique links you can hand out to each separate student.
Accepting the Invitation
Students without Arduino accounts
If the invited students' emails do not belong to an Arduino account already, an invitation email will be sent to the students' inbox containing a link. In order to create their account and have access to the platform, they will need to follow the instructions in that email and click on the provided link.
Note that the students have to create a new account and cannot select to sign in with Google or Apple ID at this stage.
In the Classroom Manager
, you will see these students' emails under Pending Students
until they have created the account following the previously mentioned email instructions.

Students with Arduino accounts
If the invited students' emails are already registered to an account, they will be immediately moved to the Active members
section. The student will receive an invitation email with a link that leads directly to the online platform after they sign in.
After signing up or signing in they will have access to the platforms.
