Arduino Webstore Invoice
When you make a purchase from Arduino store and depending on the payment option you choose the time to receive invoice also changes.
- When you choose to pay by Paypal / Stripe / bank transfer the invoice will be automatically sent to the mail connected with your Arduino account at the moment of payment.
- If you choose the NET30 payment option ie, pay after 30 days after delivery option you will receive the invoice in your mail connected to your Arduino account at the moment of shipment.
When you make your Arduino purchase from Amazon the invoice is auto generated by Amazon with the details you provide at the time of purchase and will be available to you in your portal soon after the shipment of your order. So basically Amazon send you the invoice. In order to find your invoice Go to Your Orders. -> Click View Order Details next to the order. -> Click View or Print Invoice on the top of the order summary
In case there is a correction that needs to be done in the invoice, you will have to contact us through Amazon within 30days and we will be able to do the corrections at the first week of the following month. But if you are making a purchase in the name of a company or you want the invoice under the company name you will have to make the purchase through the Company account.
