Since Google's version of Science Journal and Arduino's version of Science Journal are separate apps, any existing experiments in the Google version of Science Journal will not appear automatically when you first open the new Arduino version of the app. To access your existing experiments in the new Arduino version, experiments need to be manually exported and imported into the new app. Learn more about exporting and importing.
Export Google's Science Journal App experiments:
In the library, click on the top right 3-dot button and "Show archived experiments", to make sure we are not forgetting any.
For each experiment you want to save, click on the 3-dot button at the bottom right corner of the experiment card, then select "Download".
Locate the experiments in your file manager app.
Notice that the experiments might be "hidden" in the internal storage folders.
Once located, click and hold the experiment file to access the actions. This can be
Share > Arduino SJ,
Open with > Arduino SJ, or similar.
Done! You are all set and can continue experimenting.
