If Science Journal opens to a blank screen on an Apple device

Follow these steps if Science Journal opens to a blank screen on iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.

  1. Check your iOS or iPad OS version by following these instructions.
  2. Check if you are on version 15.02. If you are on this version, resolve the issue by updating your device.
  3. If you are not on version 15.02, see If Arduino Science Journal is not working.
